Circa is intended for college students, residents, and property owners in the Philippines. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide — including your student ID and course — is accurate and truthful.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must use Google Sign-In to authenticate. You may not share your account or impersonate other users. Circa reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
4. Community Guidelines
You agree not to use Circa to:
- Post false, misleading, or fraudulent dormitory or marketplace listings
- Harass, threaten, or bully other community members
- Share content that is illegal, obscene, or violates the rights of others
- Spam, phish, or distribute malware through messages or posts
- Circumvent platform safety features or verification systems
Violations may result in immediate account suspension or permanent ban.
5. Dormitory & Marketplace Listings
Owners posting dormitory or bedspace listings are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listing details, pricing, and availability. Circa does not guarantee, endorse, or mediate transactions between users. All arrangements are made directly between parties.
6. Intellectual Property
Content you post on Circa remains yours. By posting, you grant Circa a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute your content on the platform. Circa's own brand assets, code, and design are protected by copyright.
7. Limitation of Liability
Circa is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform, transactions made between users, or inaccuracies in community-submitted content.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of Circa after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. Material changes will be communicated through the platform.
